RESUMEN:
La planeación fiscal encierra el más absoluto respeto a los preceptos legales, puesto que de lo contrario, dejaría de ser técnica, económica y jurídica; de optimizar la carga tributaria y hasta de considerarse como planeación, dado que tal proceder se constituiría en mera infracción de los preceptos legales y, obviamente, jamás podría ser ese su objetivo.
La planeación fiscal en la industria mezcalera fue un tema de suma importancia para el equipo debido a que esta industria es la que genera mayores ganancias al estado por las exportaciones que realiza el mismo.
ABSTRAC:
